M - Math, Mentoring, Motivation

M3 Combines the Power of Mentorship and Educational Enrichment Creating Youth Development. Certified Educators provide Strategic Pathways that Focus on the Development of Math Skills. Certified Mentors with Mental Health Backgrounds and Community Facilitators provide Therapeutic and Informational Sessions Geared Emotional and Mental Stability and Foundational Life Skills. M3 Offers:

  • Monthly Therapeutic Group Sessions

  • Quarterly (As Needed) 1:1 Sessions

  • Monthly Math Skill Building Sessions

  • Quarterly Community Involvement/Volunteering

  • Quarterly School Visits

  • Various Fun Activities & Events

  • Dates: Annually September through May

  • Ages: 9y - 18y

P2P - Peer 2 Peer Mentoring

P2P Combines the Power of Mentorship and Leadership within School Settings. Certified Mentors with Mental Health Backgrounds provide Therapeutic Sessions Geared towards Youth Leadership, Self-Sufficiency, and Emotional and Mental Stability. P2P Offers:

  • Weekly Therapeutic Group Sessions

  • Monthly (As Needed) 1:1 Sessions

  • Quarterly Community Involvement/Volunteering

  • Fun Activities & Events

  • Dates: October through March

  • Ages: 9y - 18y

(This Program is Facilitated within Approved Schools)​

SOAR - Summer Initiative

SOAR Summer Initiative Brings the Power of Mentorship into Income-Based and/or Project Housing Complexes or Developments during the Summer. Certified Mentors with Mental Health Backgrounds provide Weekly Therapeutic Sessions Geared Leadership, Self-Esteem Building, and Addressing Violence-Related Attitudes, Behaviors, and Influences Among Youth. SOAR Offers:

  • 12 Therapeutic Group Sessions over 6 Weeks

  • Bi-Weekly 1:1 Sessions

  • Monthly Community Involvement/Volunteering

  • Fun Activities & Events

  • Dates: Annually June & July

  • Ages: 9y - 16y

(This Program is Facilitated within HUD Income-Based and/or Project Housing Complexes or Developments)​

YAM - Youth Adult Mentoring

YAM Combines the Power of Mentorship, Leadership, and Life Skills for Young Adults. Certified Mentors with Mental Health Backgrounds provide Therapeutic Sessions Geared towards Critical Thinking Skills, Coping Skills, Self-Sufficiency, and Leadership. YAM Offers:

  • Bi-Weekly 1:1 Sessions

  • Quarterly Group Sessions

  • Quarterly Community Involvement/Volunteering

  • Fun Activities & Events

  • Dates: Annually

  • Ages: 18y - 24y​​

The Family Program

The Family Program Provides Head of the Household with Services to Maintain or Reestablish Stable Housing. Case Managers with a Background in Social Services, Advocacy, and Knowledgeable of Community Resources to Strengthen and Sustain Family Units. The Family Program Offers: â€‹â€‹

  • Case Management

  • Information, Referrals

  • Resources

  • Financial Assistance (Based on Availability)

  • Dates: Annually

  • Ages: 18 & up

(This Program Only Assists Participating Youth ages 18y-24y and/or Head of Household Members) â€‹
